Well, you can reach level 10 for free, but if you want to advance you will have to buy Starter Pack that costs €20. But after reaching level 10, you will be able to play, but as I said, the game won't progress.

NEWS: The NFS World goes Free-To-Play! The game will now progress if you reach level 10. It is f2p now.
